Denton Ryan Vs Denton Guyer
The Denton Ryan Raiders used a strong running game and stout defense to beat cross town rival Denton Guyer. The cross town rivals haven’t played since 2015, so it was a lot of anticipation for this game. Ryan Running Back Ke’ori Hicks led the way with 170 rushing yards and a touchdown, while Quarterback Seth Henigan added 101 on the ground and 109 and a touchdown through the air. Billy Bowman Jr added a rushing and receiving touchdown. The Raiders held the high powered offense to only 223 total yards. Anthony Hill Jr led the defense with 17 tackles. Guyer had impressive performances from RB BJ Phillips, CB Deuce Harmon, and Safety Jaden Fuggett.
